Mary-Eliza St.Gemme-Pate., LPCC

Mary-Eliza St.Gemme-Pate is a graduate of Western Colorado University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in School Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Currently, she is a school counselor for an elementary school and has her LPCC. She has a passion for working with all individuals and decided to get her licensure to become a professional counselor. At her school, Mary-Eliza also teaches a social-emotional curriculum to help children foster emotional awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, friendships, and many more social skills. Mary-Eliza's passion surrounds being there for her clients to help them navigate life's ups and downs. Her compassionate nature has led her to take a person-centered approach to her counseling style and she tends to involve any therapeutic style that will best suit her client. Mary-Eliza is continuously finding the best ways to support her clients through a warm, empathic, and trauma-informed environment. She believes it is essential to provide her clients with a safe and welcoming space. There is no problem too small or big to bring to therapy. 

 

In her free time, Mary-Eliza enjoys spending time with her dog Mocha, exploring fun activities outdoors such as skiing and biking, and taking a moment to unwind with a good book or some music.
