Josh Martin, MS

Josh graduated with his Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling. Drawing from a variety of educational, career, and life experiences, Josh uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness approaches to support individuals in reaching their goals. Josh has completed training in the Gottman Method for couples and utilizes this along with Emotionally Focused Therapy when working with couples. Josh uses Child Centered Play Therapy techniques for his younger clients, helping them reach their highest potential. Josh has experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, trouble sleeping, PTSD, transition challenges, and relationship difficulties.


A proud military veteran, Josh served in the United States Army for 22 years and is passionate about helping veteran and military families overcome the challenges they face. He enjoys working with people from all backgrounds, helping them navigate the challenges of life while promoting healing, resilience, and growth.


Josh and his wife have two sons, and a little Bichon Frise named Nimbo. In his free time, Josh enjoys exploring the scenic mountains all over Colorado, skiing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
