Izabella is a compassionate and dedicated therapist based in Colorado, holding a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently pursuing a clinical social work license, Izabella brings a wealth
of knowledge and experience in supporting adults facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Izabella’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a blend of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Recognizing that each individual is unique, Izabella tailors methods to fit the specific needs and goals of clients, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.

Izabella's work is characterized by an openness to all backgrounds, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Izabella believes in the power of therapy as a collaborative journey and enjoys integrating various mediums beyond traditional talk therapy, encouraging the client's creativity and self-expression.
