Kathleen "Kathy" Davis, MSW, LPCC
Kathy is here to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, or grief, her goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings, find support, and build the strength to move forward.
With a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), she draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Strengths-Based and Person-Centered Therapy. She believes in meeting each person where they are, listening with empathy, and helping them uncover their own inner strengths.
Kathy knows that life can be overwhelming at times, and the journey toward healing can feel daunting. Her approach is gentle, supportive, and collaborative— she will be by your side every step of the way, helping you build coping skills, gain insight, and find hope, no matter where you’re starting from.
Kathy works with individuals of all ages who are ready to explore their thoughts and feelings, confront their struggles, and make meaningful changes. In your work together, you’ll find a partner who believes in your ability to heal and grow. Kathy is here to support you in taking the next step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
If you’re ready to begin this journey, Kathy is here to help.
