When working with clients, she encourages an integrative approach to wellbeing by incorporating our mind, body, and reality into the equation of improving mental health. She believes that by evaluating our values, narratives, and patterns towards ourselves, others, and our environment, we move towards being able to show compassion towards ourselves and the change(s) we want to facilitate through therapy.
